Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

IMPORTANT: Booking a service confirms your acceptance of the changes and cancellation policies detailed in this document.

Diving, Snorkeling, Fishing and Eco-Tours:

Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours but at least 12 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled activity or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

In the event that local or federal authorities give notice to cancel activities due to weather issues, the requested service can be rescheduled without any charge or canceled with a full refund (100%). If the day is cloudy or with some rain, it is not a reason to cancel the tour and the policies will apply accordingly.

You may reschedule your activity up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty, subject to availability. For rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the activity, a fee may apply.

For private charters, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the charter will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations or reschedules due to health reasons (including COVID-19), will not incur any penalty, as long as the client provides a local medical certificate. Otherwise, the policies will apply accordingly.
Cancellations or rescheduling due to flight issues, as long as it’s supported with evidence, will cause no penalization at all. Otherwise, the policies will apply accordingly
Other situations will be handled case-by-case by the administration. If you have a question, please feel free to contact us. We'll always be fair and try to find a solution that works for both of us.
