Tulum offers incredible reef diving just off its coastline, with dive sites ranging from 12 to 30 meters deep. As part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef—the second largest coral reef system in the world—these waters are teeming with marine life and underwater beauty.
Dive through coral canyons rising up to 10 meters high, where you'll find colorful and healthy coral formations, including elkhorn coral and vibrant volcano sponges. The warm, clear Caribbean waters are home to a variety of tropical reef fish, and you might also spot lobsters, crabs, eels, stingrays, and more.

Cozumel Diving from Tulum
Certification required.
Diving along the unique walls of this island provide one of the most special reef scuba diving experiences in the world. Cozumel has crystal clear waters and one of the most important Mexican marine national parks due to its incredible diversity and unique species. The tour departs from Tulum at 6 AM and brings you back for dinner at around 5 PM.
Availability: Offered every Saturday, or available on other days for groups of 2 or more but solo divers can join existing groups—ask us about available spots!
Includes: Round-trip transportation from Tulum, dive gear, lunch & snacks onboard, certified guide, and marine park fees.Additional Information: Ferry fees from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel and back.
Not included – $580 MXN (subject to change. Weather conditions may affect dive sites, and the tour requires a minimum of 2 divers to run on non-Saturday dates.
